Bus Cancellation Policy

Refunds:  If your trip is more than 48 hours away, you can cancel your trip and receive an 80% refund.  To cancel your trip, send us a message on WhatsApp with your booking reference number

Date Changes:  If your trip is more than 24 hours away, we can change the date on your ticket for free. Just send us a message on WhatsApp with your booking reference number and the new date you would like to travel

If your trip is in less than 24 hours, then unfortunately we can't make any changes...  however, feel free to send us a WhatsApp and we will see if there is anything we can do to help
